The contact owns a 2025 Acura Integra. The contact stated that while attempting to make a left or right turn, there was an abnormal sound coming from the steering wheel, and the vehicle became difficult to steer. Neither a dealer nor an independent mechanic was contacted. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V744000 (STEERING); however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The manufacturer was not notified o…
The steering wheel feels sticky whenever I take a curve, turn, or simply change lanes. I have to apply some force to recenter it. It has been an ongoing problem for about three weeks.
I am writing to formally escalate an unaddressed, severe safety defect regarding my 2025 Acura Integra Type S (Current Mileage: ~5,000 miles). My vehicle is experiencing the exact mechanical "sticky steering" and steering gearbox binding symptoms outlined in NHTSA Campaign 24V-744. While driving at highway speeds, the steering wheel sticks in the dead-center position and requires a sudden, jerky physical force to break it free to maintain lane control. This creates an immediate, highly dangerous accident risk. I have already presented this vehi…
While approaching a slowing car on the offramp, the Acura's automatic braking slammed on the brakes abruptly while flashing "Brake" on the dash. The car stopped well short of the car in front. This abrupt, uncommanded stopping resulted in a near miss whereby the driver behind my car nearly hit me. In addition to stopping sooner than required, and thus giving the driver behind me less chance to react, the system did not apply full braking force, but more like 90-95% of maximum braking force. This is an example of Schroedinger's automatic emergen…

I was driving on December 19, 2022 and noticed difficulty steering at cruising speeds (45mph). The steering became resistant to small movements. It did not move smoothly when I turned it to make minor adjustments, it required extra force to move from a still position. Once I applied enough force to turn, it turned freely. At low speeds such as turning in a parking lot, I did not notice any problems, but upon reaching approx 40mph, I did notice the problem. This makes the vehicle more difficult to operate in an unexpected manner and makes a co…
When driving 65+ MPH on the highway the vehicle begins to glide. Left or right. It is hard to bring back into center. I noticed it when I get the car two months ago but it is getting worse to the point I’m uncomfortable driving it. I have noticed I am not the only one with this complaint. I also do have an appointment with my local Acura dealership to get this assessed.

I was on my way home from work this morning and all warning lights (electric power steering, ABS, collision control warning, brake system sensors, etc.) randomly came on and the steering became very still. When parking, I wasn’t able to turn the car off without pressing the “push to start” button multiple times.

UNKNOWN Accident involving direct hit to driver side door with no air bag deployment. Body shop estimator stated no codes were recorded, which is not normal. Also stated that seat belts did not lock, also not normal.
My daughter was driving my car and another person coming the other direction turned into ongoing traffic causing the cars to tbone. My car front was crushed in with $9,000 worth of damage head on. My daughter hit her head on the steering wheel and suffered a concussion.
The contact owns a 2025 Acura Integra. The contact stated that while driving through an intersection at approximately 15 MPH, another vehicle ran the red light and struck the front passenger’s side of the vehicle, causing the contact to crash into another vehicle before coming to a stop. The contact stated that upon the initial impact, his wife's head struck the front passenger’s side window. Vehicle only has 6,000 miles and I have an “Emissions system problem” along with “rev match disabled” message on my dash. Engine is now performing at a lower power level. Nothing out of the ordinary occurred before this. No error codes prior.
The rear camera view that shows lines to assist in parking and taking the car out of the parking is so much misaligned that resulted my car hitting my garage when taking it out . Acura needs to address this to prevent the damages it can cause to the adjacent cars and properties
On Sunday, June 7th at around 1330, the sunroof spontaneously exploded outward while driving in Amarillo, TX. Was driving at highway speed, 60mph on I-27. No overpass above and no cars in front. Was around 95 degrees and sunny outside. Loud explosion inside of car, then sounds of glass going on top of roof and back deck of car. Driver of car did not swerve but immediately braked and pulled to side of highway but did cause immediate distress. Passenger in car also was extremely distressed when loud noise occurred. Car behind us saw black g…

The driver seat is not made to be at appropriate lowering and lifting levels for driver safety in drives. It should allow for 120 degree angles but doesn't. SINCE leasing this vehicle my circulation has slowed and I am experiencing daily leg cramps and foot pain. It can dangerously cause blood clots if I don't get out of this vehicle soon. It's been about 8 months and I've been getting worse. I wobble when I walk now from the pain in both legs. I've reported this to my doctor and I have no medical blood tests that signify a reason for this pain…

2025 Acura Integra A Spec- I have driven the car around 12,000 miles total and recently have been noticing the steering wheel is “sticking” intermittently. Very dangerous especially because it’s more likely to happen on the highway on long gradual turns
Incident occurred on 9/17/26 while driving at highway speed. When taking a left hand curve steering wheel feels sticky and bumps while going around curve. No issues noted when taking a right hand curve. No issue when making a hard (90 degree) left hand or right hand turn and no issues noted with slight curves in road. Only noticed while in significant left hand curves at speeds of 35-65mph. In addition, while driving straight, steering wheel intermittently ticks with no change in direction of vehicle. Car is scheduled for diagnostics on Mo…
