This Has to do with the outside slide out grill. Cooking on the grill the compartment is not sealed off from the inside kitchen. Smoke going into the compartment into the kitchen. The flame on the burners blew out from a breeze and the inside of the RV started to smell of propane. So strong that I believe if a spark happened I would have been a Disaster. All other RVs I had looked at had a box that sealed off the compartment from the rest of the RV. I called Alliance to report this. I also sent pictures they said thank you and they will get b…

Instant hot water heater is critically exceeding the set temperature. For example, on my unit, if I set the hot water to be 95 degrees, and turn on just the hot water, the temperature will exceed 115 degrees. Leaving the setting at 95 and leaving the hot water running, if I turn on the cold water to mix with the hot in the attempt to lower the output temperature, the hot water will increase temperature to 120 degrees. If the hot water is set at 100 degrees or higher, the water will reach in excess of 134 degrees. This can cause burns on the …

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.

No selected model years have a complete observation window. Choose an eligible year or a shorter window.

Incident date is preferred when valid and no later than filing; otherwise filing date is used. Model year approximates age. Equal observation time does not adjust for sales, distance driven or reporting delays. One complaint linked to multiple model years can appear in each cohort.
