Driver on route stated unit moved on it own after he left cab to service a cart. He had to stay in the cab to keep unit from rolling even with brake engaged.
Truck was parked on a decline brakes engaged while driver of refuse vehicle serviced a cart. Driver heard what he thought was the pack blade cycle and the vehicle started rolling away. Fortunately, road leveled out and tipper attachment dragged on the ground slowing unit. No damage to anything other than attachment bar. driver got to flat surface and called in for assistance.
