After dark, the rear camera is inactive. Also after dark, sometimes the backup lights do not come on in reverse. According to [XXX] , this is due to a defect with the rear electrical harness because an active license plate light circuit interferes with the camera and backup lights circuits. They start off okay and then become non existent l, pointing directly down toward the pavement in front of the vehicle and you can’t see more than 1 car length in front of you.
