Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.

Incident date is preferred when valid and no later than filing; otherwise filing date is used. Model year approximates age. Equal observation time does not adjust for sales, distance driven or reporting delays. One complaint linked to multiple model years can appear in each cohort.

THE VEHICLE IS A CAMEO LXI RECREATIONAL TRAVEL TRAILER, WHICH MAY NOT FALL IN YOUR JURISDICTION. I UNDERSTAND, AFTER SOME RESEARCH, THAT THE KY LEMON LAW APPLIES TO AUTOMOBILES ONLY. THE DEALER WAS INFORMED IMMEDIATELY OF THE PROBLEMS, AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED IMMEDIATELY ALSO. THE RUN-A-ROUND HAS BEEN INCREDIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST. WE HAVE REC…

BOUGHT NEW 2010 CARRIAGE CAMEO 37 FT 5TH WHEEL IN OCT OF 2011. HAD APPROX. 2000 MILES ON AND WAS 600 MILES FROM HOME WHEN NOTICED BULGES IN ALL FOUR DURO TIRES. CALLED DURO TIRE AND WAS TOLD THIS WAS COMMON. NO DURO TIRE STORES IN AREA, BUT WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SHIP 5 NEW TIRES TO ME. WOULD TAKE ONE OR TWO WEEKS.
