Vehicle has less then 700 miles. Upon driving vehicle, the dashboard started losing information, no speedometer. When I tried to pull the truck over to the side of the road, the power steering was lost. It was nearly impossible to turn the wheel, then the engine stopped. I was unable to turn on blinkers or hazard warning lights. When I put the vehicle in park to try a restart the engine would not turn over. The transmission was locked in Park and unable to shift to neutral to try to push vehicle to safe spot. At this point I was blocking the ro…

I purchase a brand new 2026 Silverado ZR2 with a 6.2 engine. A little over a week later at 511 miles it left me stranded on the side of the road. Towed it to the dealership and the dealership advised there was a misfire and cylinder number eight. However, they were unable to find a solution and had to contact GM engineers. I had to replace it with another new vehicle and lost money on the “trade”. Dealership only advised that “it needed extensive repairs”. It’s clear that the 6.2 issue had not been addressed properly.

I BABY THIS TRUCK IN AN ATTEMPT TO KEEP IT LOOKING NEW. I DON'T EVEN REALLY DRIVE IT AND IT IS GARAGE KEPT. I FEEL THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE WITH THE CRACK BEING RIGHT THERE ON THE AIR BAG SYSTEM. I HAVE TWO KIDS AND I DON'T EVEN LET THEN RIDE UP FRONT ANYMORE IN FEAR THAT THE AIR BAG MIGHT DEPLOY AND SHARP PIECES OF THE DASH WILL FLY IN THEIR FACES.

From day one of purchasing this vehicle the trailer brake controller would stop working after a mile or so while towing either of my two trailers. I brought the truck back to the dealer to get this issue fixed and their service response was "we could not duplicate problem, it must be with your trailer". I have two 10K trailers and both have same issue with my truck. I then went to and Utility Trailer dealer to determine if a new/never used trailer on the lot would duplicate them problem, which it did, proving the issue is not with my trailers…

The backup camera intermittently turns off in low light, thus rendering it ineffective at night. It's been identified with NHTSA ID Number: 10234211. However, there is no fix.
