We have a 2022 Tandara East to West Fifth Wheel we bought in January 2022. On vacation in Arizona we had a blow out on the fifth wheel the Castle Rock tires. This camper is only 15 months old and we took it out maybe 5 times last year camping around our home. The driver front tire blew out did significant damage to the camper around the wheels. We changed the tire with our spare and an hour later the passenger front tire blew out and it did significant damage to the camper around the wheels. These tires were less than 2 years old with a sm…

Well, they have already admitted to forgetting a weld in the aluminum framing which cause another weld to break causing a ton of other problems. They worked on it at the factory and said it was all fixed. It is not. The bolts holding the walls to the chassis on the upper deck still move up and down driving down the road and when putting the front landing gear down. We continuously have to reseal due to flexing and now the back wall is starting to separate from the rest of the unit at the floor which sunlight can be seen through it from inside. …

I have a [XXX] . VIN is [XXX] but doesn’t pull anything up when searched. I tried calling to report my concern but I am now making another complaint as what the call taker typed, is not even close to what I reported. There was a missing weld in the aluminum framing which caused another weld to break causing the body to move independently from the frame causing it to literally start to fall apart. After “being repaired” by East to West, the body is still moving independently from the frame which can be seen where the bolts holding the body to…

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.

Incident date is preferred when valid and no later than filing; otherwise filing date is used. Model year approximates age. Equal observation time does not adjust for sales, distance driven or reporting delays. One complaint linked to multiple model years can appear in each cohort.
