Year-by-year records
Recall history
2 distinct campaigns affect this selection. Announcement dates below are different from vehicle model years. A campaign may cover multiple years.
15V877000 · Equipment:Recreational Vehicle/Trailer
Reported: 2015-12-23 (December 23, 2015) · Model years: 2008
Entegra Coach (Entegra) is recalling certain model year 2008 and 2010-2011 Aspire and Anthem motorhomes, 2008 and 2010 Cornerstone motorhomes, 2008 Emblem and Alante motorhomes, and 2009-2011 Insignia motorhomes. The affected vehicles are equipped with certain Lippert-brand Coachstep Double aElectric Steps. These steps use a bolt to attach the fan gear assembly to the steps. This bolt may fracture allowing the fan gear to disengage from the steps. As a result, the steps may not remain in the expected position and may become unstable.
Consequence: Unstable entry and exit steps increase the risk of injury.
Remedy: Entegra will notify owners, and dealers will install a retainer bracket on the double step assemblies. On the trip step assemblies, the Coachstep linkage Assembly will be replaced and a retainer bracket will be installed. The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule. Owners may contact Entegra customer service at 1-800-945-4787, or Lippert customer service at 1-574-537-8900. Entegra's number for this recall is 9903275.

Emerging complaint spikes
Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.
This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.
No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
Equal-age model-year comparison
Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.
2008: 0 complaints · 2009: 0 complaints

| 2008 | 0 | 0 | 0 |

Date coverage across each selected cohort
| Year | Incident dates used | Filing date fallbacks | Excluded dates |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2008 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| 2009 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Incident date is preferred when valid and no later than filing; otherwise filing date is used. Model year approximates age. Equal observation time does not adjust for sales, distance driven or reporting delays. One complaint linked to multiple model years can appear in each cohort.
