Recall history

5 distinct campaigns affect this selection. Announcement dates below are different from vehicle model years. A campaign may cover multiple years.

24V158000 · Power Train:Driveline:Driveshaft

Reported: 2024-02-28 (February 28, 2024) · Model years: 2024

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2024 Jayco Granite Ridge, Solstice, Entegra Coach Condor, Expanse, and Expanse LI motorhomes. An inadequate amount of rear axle lubricant may cause rear axle tail bearing damage and seizure, which can result in wheel lock-up or driveshaft separation.

Consequence: Wheel lock-up or driveshaft separation can result in a loss of drive power. A disconnected driveshaft can also result in a roll away when the vehicle is in park without the parking brake applied. Any of these scenarios can increase the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect the rear axle and replace the axle bearings or axle assembly as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 1, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is Ford 24V-102.

25V145000 · Equipment:Other:Labels

Reported: 2025-03-06 (March 6, 2025) · Model years: 2024

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2024 Entegra Condor, Jayco Granite Ridge, 2025 Jayco Alante SE, Redhawk SE, and Entegra Odyssey SE motorhomes. The Occupant and Cargo Carrying Capacity (OCCC) on the Federal label may be incorrect and allow the vehicle to be overloaded. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims - other than passenger cars."

Consequence: An overloaded vehicle increases the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Jayco will mail new labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 31, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903622.

25V736000 · Equipment:Other:Labels

Reported: 2025-10-28 (October 28, 2025) · Model years: 2025, 2026

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Entegra Condor and Jayco Granite Ridge motorhomes. The Certification Label may have the front and rear axle information reversed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."

Consequence: A tire can be over or under inflated after referencing the incorrect information, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Jayco will mail correct labels to owners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 7, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903641.

26V267000 · Equipment:Appliance:Electric Water Heater

Reported: 2026-04-28 (April 28, 2026) · Model years: 2026

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2026 Entegra Condor and Jayco Granite Ridge motorhomes. The tempering mixing valve may not have been installed on the water heater.

Consequence: The water could reach scalding temperatures without the mixing valve, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Owners are advised to turn on the cold water first until the repairs are complete. Dealers will install the valve, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 1, 2026. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning May 28, 2026.

26V361000 · Electrical System: Instrument Cluster/Panel

Reported: 2026-06-03 (June 3, 2026) · Model years: 2026

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2026 Entegra Qwest SE, Condor, Jayco Granite Ridge, and Melbourne recreational vehicles. The taillight warning light may incorrectly illuminate on the instrument panel display when the taillights are functioning correctly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 101, "Controls and Displays."

Consequence: The incorrect warning light may fail to alert the driver to critical safety information or cause confusion, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the taillight harness, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 18, 2026. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903657 .

Jayco/Entegra builds the Granite Ridge/Condor (same RV, just different brand names) on a Ford Transit chassis. Jayco upfits the Transit with a 2" lift that includes a Hellwig rear sway bar. The sway bar is connected to the chassis with a link (a steel rod.) The link is being installed incorrectly, resulting in complete detachment of the sway bar from the link, defeating the purpose of the sway bar. Because the sway bar is important to the stability of the vehicle, failure of the sway bar can result in excess body roll of the vehicle in high win…

I was purchasing a new Jayco Entegra Condor at a RV show, being sold by La Mesa RV. When I looked underneath, the nylock nut was missing from the passenger side, rear anti-sway bar. I brought it to the attention of the salesman, and the following day, it was replaced with a standard fender washer, lock washer, and nut. The RV, at the time, was new and had less than 1,700 miles on it. Had the bolt fallen out, the one side of the anti-sway bar would have become unsecured from the vehicle, possible causing stability issues while driving. I've a…

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.

No selected model years have a complete observation window. Choose an eligible year or a shorter window.

Incident date is preferred when valid and no later than filing; otherwise filing date is used. Model year approximates age. Equal observation time does not adjust for sales, distance driven or reporting delays. One complaint linked to multiple model years can appear in each cohort.
