The vehicle is subject to NHTSA Safety Recall 24V-160 involving the house battery relay / contactor. During a January 7, 2026 call between the servicing dealer (Lazy Days) and Jayco / Entegra technical support, the battery system was diagnosed as having a stuck contactor with no 12V output.
