2010 FORD E250. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE TIRES RECALL NOTICE. CONSUMER REQUESTS REIMBURSEMENT FOR REPLACEMENT TIRES. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED ON MARCH 15, 2013, SHE EXPERIENCED A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THE TIRES. AN INSPECTION REVEALED A BULGE ON THE SIDEWALL.
