Filled the tank before arriving home, parked on incline nose down. Not very steep. A few hours later there was a puddle of diesel on the driveway and after inspection it seemed it was leaking from the top of tank. I have no other vehicle and this one cost too much to be doing this at 60000 miles. It is dangerous to drive for fire risk but I have no choice. In 55 years I have never had a fuel tank leak on any vehicle. Looking online there have been many instances under the same conditions. There is no condition that a fuel tank should leak.

The rear axle repair was not completed and yet they reported that the dealer fixed it. Not true. The truck was taken in for repairs but the dealer was not able to fix it and told me that. They said I will have to get it fixed on my own. The rear axle is a known flaw and was required to repair or replace by the NHTSA. I wonder how many other trucks have also had incomplete repairs and then reported as fixed?

This truck has 20,000 miles. I experienced what’s called the death wobble which nearly shook the truck off the road. The dealership told me a $2000 dollar duel steering stabilizer would fix the problem. I reluctantly payed for it as they said the lift voided the warranty. The truck is still not fixed and my wife nearly went off the road today driving it. I read online that a stabilizer doesn’t fix the problem it only masks the symptoms. I’m certain the dealership knows this.

Based on the information provided, I believe this will only mask the symptoms of a failure (detachment of the axle), and not the problem itself (crushing of the axle tubes due to insufficient tube wall thickness). I have about 54000 miles on a 2019 ford super duty 350 with the Power stroke 6.7. Engine light went on and its at Willowbrook ford in Illinois. Emission problem with Particular Sensor code 22e02. The cost of repair is between $816 plus another $1259 if it is cracked. This is absolutely ridiculous. After researching this is a big Ford problem. So they sold some trucks without them and have eliminated them on their 22 models. I think Ford should be responsible for the cost.

This model has the same Bosh CP4 high pressure fuel pump as the recalled models 2020-2022 and in fact being older the catastrophic failure risk is higher due to additional mileage. If this part fails the engine shuts off with loss of steering and braking even when pulling 15-20K pounds. The safety concern for this year is the same or greater then newer models.

On September 21, 2022 I was driving to Vail, CO. I hit a bump in the road as I was heading up the Vail pass. Immediately after, my truck started shaking violently out of control with no control of my steering. I skid across the highway and was lucky not to hit anything. When looking this up it appears it was the Ford Death Wobble.

When you drive this truck for extended periods of time the entire instrument cluster shuts off loosing blinkers lights and any indication of speed, among that if you're towing a trailer the trailer lights shut off, ford has tried fixing it under warranty to no avail, now the truck is out of warranty and the issue is getting worse and they're not sure what's wrong. Due to a recall, the Vehicle computer was reprogrammed by local dealer, Griffith Ford, in San Marcos, Texas. After the reprogramming, the engine and transmission starting to rev differently and could not shift gears smoothly as previous to the reprogramming. The transmission and engine does not synchronize correctly. The transmission tries to do more than 6 speeds when the transmission is a 6 speed transmission. Turbo is also not as smooth as previously. Possibly the new program used to reprogram the computer is either for newer vehicles w…

Massive vibration/wobbling front end occurred on freeway 15 San Diego Dec., 28, 2021. Had to pull over and stop in the shoulder. Massive vibration/wobbling continued. Took into Ford Penske with mileage 39,304 on Jan 13, 2022: Ford Penske replaced steering damper. Unsure if the original factory installed damper is still available for inspection upon request at Penske? My wife and my safety and others on the 15 freeway were for sure put at risk. We hit a small pothole in the highway going 70mph and lost all steering input to the vehicle. Steering wheel started jerking violently side to side. I could hardly hold onto it. I slowly applied breaks and was able to move onto shoulder, vehicle still was erratic until almost a dead stop. I thought I rolled a tire on the rim it was so rough feeling. Got out and did a visual inspection and tires were all good, checked under vehicle and no debris picked up or anything else that would cause this. Slowly got back onto highway and it was fine a…

Engine Start/Brake Interlock Failure. After using the remote start feature to start the engine, upon entering the vehicle it is not required to press the brake pedal to press the Engine Start Button to engage the vehicle's"drive" features. Unlike when simply entering the vehicle and "Starting" the engine you are required to press the brake pedal to start the engine and engage the driving functions. This is a huge safety issue if children were allowed to enter the vehicle without the driver present the children would have total access to the c…

While driving a 2019 Ford F-350 dually with approximately 18000 miles. When a hole or unevenness in the road is encountered, on now multiple occasions, the steering wheel will jerk violently side to side until the vehicle speed is reduced or stopped in order to stop the shaking. When the brake is applied quickly, as a natural reaction to the shaking, the shaking seems to intensify which perhaps due to being the driver can be felt in both the steering wheel and brake pedal. The vehicle is available for inspection. This vehicle weighs in excess…

Multiple times after hitting a small bump at anywhere between 35-60 mph the steering wheel locks and the entire truck shakes violently. It will continue doing this until I stop the vehicle completely. Once it started doing it again as I accelerated after it had stopped. It seems to get worse. I’ve read it is a mechanical fault and causes “Ford death rattle”. It is very dangerous and I have almost lost control of the vehicle.
