Tires were in good shape and had good tread and pressure. On 7/28/23 @1PM (Day 1), the passenger side front tire blew out near Sparks, GA causing damage to the skirting. It was replaced with the spare Castle Rock tire. We purchased another tire at Five Star Tire Service for $107.41 to replace the blown tire and the spare was put back underneath the camper.
