My 2021 Genesis G90 has experienced repeated failures of the main infotainment / viewing display system, which has been replaced multiple times by authorized Genesis dealers. Despite these repairs, the defect continues to recur. On December 19, 2025, while the main display was nonfunctional, I was involved in a rear-end collision while proceeding from a stop at a traffic light. During this event, the vehicle did not provide any forward collision warning and did not engage autonomous emergency braking, despite the presence of a vehicle directly…

The vehicle started smoking and stalled out Aug 18,2023. The vehicle starting shaking then I parked it for about two (2) hours. When I tried to crank vehicle again it wouldn’t crank. I attempted to complete diagnostic test but the vehicle wouldn’t remain on. I contacted dealership I purchased it from. They order a tow to be brought in. The dealership repair shop for about 3 weeks didn’t know what happened. The change filters and oil change but it still was stalling.

On 01/16/22 at approximately 2305 hours, I was driving north on PA 743. I was traveling approximately 40 MPH in a posted 55 MPH zone due to snowy weather conditions. One adult was in the front passenger seat, 2 children were in car seats in the rear driver and passenger side. The road was level and straight. Suddenly, for no apparent reason, every warning light in the dashboard illuminated at once. The LED screen was rapidly displaying messaged such as, "blind spot monitoring system malfunction, smart BDS braking system malfunction, check smart…

The steering wheel stopped jerking and the power steering light remained on. I no longer had power steering and car was difficult to control. The emergency braking assist light came on as well. Was able to get off the interstate. Turned the car off and on. Power steering light remained on. Turned car off. Waited 5 minutes. Turned car on. Power steering light was off but…

AFTER ENABLING THE STEERING ASSIST, LAST YEAR, WE NOTICED IT PULLING MORE AGGRESSIVELY THAN IT DID WHEN WE FIRST PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. WE DISABLED THE FEATURE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS THEN ENABLED IT AGAIN THIS WEEK. TODAY, WHILE MY WIFE AND FRIEND WERE DRIVING THE STEERING/LANE ASSIST PULLED THE WHEEL AGGRESSIVELY TOWARD THE OUTSIDE LANE, CAUSING THE CAR TO HYDROPLANE. LUCKILY MY WIFE WAS ABLE, AFTER THE CAR SPUN AROUND 360 DEGREES SEVERAL TIMES, TO CORRECT ENOUGH TO STAY OUT OF ONCOMING TRAFFIC AND ENDED SIDEWAYS OFF THE HIGHWAY, SHAKEN UP BUT …

I own a 2024 Genesis G90 with two active NHTSA recalls: 25V474 and 25V833. On April 19, 2026, the vehicle suffered a total electrical failure: “Check brake system” warning Engine would not start Electronic door handles failed; occupants trapped inside for over 20 minutes Turn signals operate abnormally The dealer previously repaired only by reset (no recall fix). This is a life-threatening safety defect affecting brakes, electrical system, and egress. Please open an investigation and enforce recall repairs. I am pursuing Lemon Law relief.
