THE STEERING WHEEL IS NOT A SMOOTH TRANSITION FROM 12 O'CLOCK TO 1 O'CLOCK OR TO 11 O'CLOCK. IT IS AS IF THE PAVEMENT IS UNEVEN OR AS IF THE STEERING WHEEL IS STUCK AT 12 O'CLOCK. THIS IS NOT SAFE ON THE HIGHWAY AND ESPECIALLY IN THE RAIN. IT HASN'T SNOWED YET BUT I WOULD IMAGINE IT IS GOING TO VERY DIFFICULT TO DRIVE IT SAFELY IN THE SNOW WITH THIS MAJOR ISSUE.

STEERING WHEEL STICKS AT 12 O'CLOCK, THEN FINALLY BREAKS FREE TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT AFTER APPLYING SIGNIFICANT PRESSURE. THE RESULTING JERK OF THE VEHICLE IS VERY UNSAFE ON THE HIGHWAY, AND VERY DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN STRAIGHT TRAVEL. HONDA DEALER IDENTIFIED THE STEERING GEAR BOX BINDING AND REPLACED IT. THE REPAIR RESOLVED THE ISSUED. HONDA NEEDS TO ISSUE A BULLETIN OR RECALL ON THIS FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHER OWNERS.

My vehicle has fuel injector issues and Honda refuses to repair under manufacturers warranty although it's a safety issue and defects in their products . When my vehicle starts it misfires and causes the vehicle to go in limp mode disabling all safety features. No airbags or brakes etc . If these thousands of vehicles remain on the road it's not safe to drive. The vehicle stalls in the middle of roadways making it dangerous for everyone due to Honda bad quality control. PARKING SENSOR DESIGN FAILURE. THE PARKING SENSOR ALARM INTERMITTENTLY GOES OFF WHEN THE VEHICLE IS TRAVELING 5 MPH OR LESS, SOMETIMES EVEN WHEN THE VEHICLE IS NOT MOVING. THIS FAILURE IN THE SYSTEM IS A DISTRACTION TO THE DRIVER CAUSING THE DRIVER TO STOP WHAT HE/SHE IS DOING TO IDENTIFY THE ALARM. Multiple times in the state of Oklahoma, driving from Oklahoma to Maryland, and in Maryland Washington DC area, the automatic brakes apply at highway speeds on the interstate whenever there is a shadow in the road. It is extremely frightening. I am having the fuel pump recall Repaired at the Honda dealership today. I told the Honda dealership about this problem and they said they were unaware of it. They said they would reset the calibration on the anti-breaking system. However, upon research, it looks like you are investigating this problem. P…

My automatic braking system is activating sporadically with no apparent object in front of me. My car has suddenly come to a complete stop while driving on Market Street, York PA when there was no traffic in front or to the side of me and luckily no one behind me. The "BRAKE" alert flashed and the car literally screeched to a stop. This happened again when I was in Stewartstown, PA and was starting to go over railroad tracks, it suddenly stopped. Again, no one was in front of me or behind me. I routinely drive I-83 from York to Harrisburg 3 day…

AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH THE TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR SYSTEM (TPMS) NOT WORKING AS IT WAS INTENDED. I HAVE RECEIVED A WARNING INDICATION, WHEN DRIVING, THAT MY TIRE PRESSURE WAS LOW. I HAVE CHECKED THE TIRE PRESSURE AND FOUND THAT IT WAS EXACTLY WHERE IT SHOULD BE. OBVIOUSLY, THIS IS MOST DISCONCERTING WHEN THIS OCCURS. IT HAPPENED THIS PAST WEEKEND. FORTUNATELY, I NOW CARRY A TIRE GAUGE AND WAS ABLE TO DETERMINE THAT THE WARNING LIGHT WAS IN ERROR. I HAVE ADDRESSED THIS ISSUE WITH THE HONDA DEALERSHIP FROM WHICH I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE NEW. LOW TIRE WARNING LIGHT COMES ON WHEN YOUR TIRES AREN'T LOW. HAVE SEEN SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ONLINE ABOUT THE SAME THING. BELIEVE THIS IS DANGEROUS AS A PERSON DRIVING ON A INTERSTATE COULD IGNORE THE LIGHT BELIEVING THE READING OF LOW TIRE IS FALSE WHEN IN REALITY IT MAY NOT. TIRE GOES FLAT AT HIGH SPEEDS OR BLOW OUT COULD CAUSE A MAJOR ACCIDENT. HAVE CONTACTED THE DEALER AND THEY SAID THEY ARE AWARE BUT CANNOT DO ANYTHING. ALSO SAID THE RESULT OF THE WARNING COULD BE WEATHER OR ROAD CONDITIONS. OUR VEHICLE IS UNDER WARRANTY WITH 30,800 MILES. THE…

I WAS TURNING RIGHT INTO THE PARKING SPACE FOR MY CAR AT MY HOME WITH MY FOOT RESTING ON THE BRAKE PEDAL AND GOING AT A VERY SLOW SPEED. THEN SUDDENLY THE CAR ACCELERATED ON ITS OWN. I HAD TO STEP HARD ON THE BRAKE, WHICH MADE IT VEER TO THE RIGHT. I WAS ABLE TO MAKE THE CAR STOP JUST SHORT OF HITTING OUR OTHER CAR. THIS HAPPENED ONCE BEFORE ABOUT A MONTH AGO WHEN I WAS DRIVING IN MY DRIVEWAY, AGAIN AT A VERY SLOW SPEED, THIS TIME GOING STRAIGHT, WHEN THE CAR ACCELERATED FOR NO REASON. AGAIN, I WAS ABLE TO STOP THE CAR BY SLAMMING ON THE BRA…

The 2018 Honda Accord Hybrids suffer from a critical electrical design flaw which has left me stranded in dangerous positions on the roadside multiple times. In a normal gasoline powered vehicle, when the ignition is on, the engine is running and the alternator is generating current to charge the battery and keep it in good health. However, with Honda's Hybrid system, even with the ignition on the engine does not engage and as a result it does not keep the battery at a healthy charge. Honda could easily detect high current draw on the 12v elect…
