I was driving on the freeway when a few error lights came on, the Reduced Acceleration, Propulsion System Icon, and a turtle icon on the dashboard and I had to floor the accelerator pedal to maintain my speed. I then pulled over, and the vehicle wouldn’t shift into drive or reverse. It gave an error message saying “conditions not meet.” Eventually, the car started working again. This is an ongoing issue with the car and Honda doesn’t want to do a buyback, this car is a lemon. I keep taking it to the dealer and all they do is clear the codes and …

I turned my car on and it made an extremely loud, dangerously loud, loudest noise you have ever heard loud, static noise. I turned it off and waited and turned it back on and same thing. I tried shifting it to drive, and the noise stopped. However, every time I did anything where the vehicle would make a noise, it would make a full-volume static blasting noise instead. It was not safe to drive and I am afraid it has permanently damaged my eardrums. This is a known issue (see links below) and needs to be fixed immediately. [XXX] [XXX] INFO…

Took my vehicle in for its first service. During the multi point inspection I was informed that my right front cv axle was defective and slinging grease everywhere. Covering the front brake caliper, rotor and pad in axel grease. I find it odd that this happened as I just had to have both front cv axels replaced 400 miles ago as the too were defective. Forward collision assist keeps turning off, saying the front camera needs to be cleaned. Loud cracking/clicking/popping noises from front suspension making low speed turns (left and right). Sounds like the wheels want to fall off. I got this Prologue with 4 miles on it, started making those noises at less than 3K. It sounds so bad! Honda seems to be waiting until someone is seriously injured to fix this issue.

I got the high voltage battery warning error on my dashboard after one random night of charging. The error doesn’t go away after 3 days and at times, the vehicle could not charge. I contacted my salesman and he suggested a hard reset which involved turning off the car and keeping the car fobs at least 20ft away, which worked. However I’m still concerned there is an issue with the battery. The memory seat setting doesn’t connect to the profiles. It randomly picks between 1 and 2 whenever the car turns on. Guest profiles can’t have their name …

I have had my prologue for about two months now and have noticed that I receive a warning about reduced acceleration "randomly." I say “randomly” because I’ve observed that it appears during two specific situations. I get that warning whenever I’m low (less than 20%), so this is not random as it seems consistent. The other time this occurs is when I am driving or just starting my car (the battery percentage doesn’t matter, as it happens when it’s between 30% and 80%. Also, it happens when the temperature is below and above freezing). However, …

Specifically, I have encountered recurring problems with the vehicle's automatic braking system, as well as issues with the Honda Prologue app, both of which I believe compromise the vehicle's safety and performance.
The vehicle's automatic braking system appears to be malfunctioning, as it has activated unexpectedly on multiple occasions, leading to near-miss accidents. On at least three occasions, the vehicle’s brakes have engaged without cause, even in situations where there is no obstruction or “phantom” vehicle detected. This automatic br…

About 30 miles after starting a 1,500-mile road trip, the infotainment screen and driver instrument panel both went completely blank. After about 60 seconds, the system apparently rebooted, restoring both screens to normal operation. However, during that minute I was driving at approximately 75 mph on Interstate 90, and I had no access to certain vehicle controls and no way to verify my speed or see messages about cruise control. The error generated no warning lights or error codes, so I have not reported the issue to the manufacturer or dealer…

When accelerating from a stop, knocking clicking noises can be heard. At first, it was only while making a left turn, but now it can be heard when turning in either direction or going straight.
