WHEN PRESSING THE STARTER BUTTON THE ENGINE GIVES A HALF CRANK THEN NOTHING. RELEASE AND PUSH AGAIN AND MAYBE THE STARTER WILL CRANK AND START THE MOTOR. I RESEARCHED ONLINE AND FOUND SEVERAL COMPLAINTS,AND EVEN THAT HONDA HAS CHANGED THE PART NUMBER FOR REPLACEMENT, AND IT'S 300.00. THEY SHOULD RECALL THESE STARTERS. *TR
