Owner report 11625640 · 2024-11-15 (November 15, 2024)

The fuel system on the model year is new and different than previous years. This new design has the fuel pump pickup above the lowest point of the tank While traveling at highway speeds on paved roads the engine will stop with approximately 20% of the fuel capacity still remaining in the tank and without warning. The manufacturer has claimed the design is an off road feature that relies on fuel splashing on an absorbent pad from rough terrain- which does not happen on maintained roads. The end result is a highway certified vehicle that stalls…

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison
