I have received email from my car dealer Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine, TX. The email was regarding a recall for potential engine issues. I called my dealer and scheduled an inspection. When I sent my vehicle for inspection the dealer replaced my engine with a new engine without my consent. After the engine replacement I’ve received my vehicle back and I’ve been having issues where my vehicle suddenly got jammed while I was driving in my community. I called my dealer again and they took the car, fixed it and sent it back. Now after receiving …
Every single one of these 2.0 litre engines should be recalled. My partner has a 2022 QX50 and the long engine should be replaced. On May 18, 2025, my QX55 with 16,500 miles that I was absolutely perfect in servicing suddenly started losing power, grinding, then the oil light came on, followed by the check engine light. Suddenly, it was undrivable in traffic. I was stuck in front of entrance to a hospital in the most inconvenient and dangerous place. It wouldn't start, and when it did, the grinding noise was incredibly loud. I was stranded and…
I purchase my vehicle [XXX], While driving it I noticed that my driver seat was moving when I drive and turn corner, go on a hwy on ramp, or turn in a driveway. The car is under the manufacturer warranty and I have been taking my car back and forth to the only Infiniti dealership here in Las Vegas. Every time I take it there they tell me they cannot duplicate it, but they have replaced my seat track 3 times, which 2 of what I was told was broken. I keep telling Infiniti that this is a safety issue for me and I don’t feel safe driving my car. Th…

We’ve taken the vehicle to two different Infiniti dealerships (Sewell and Crest) multiple times due to engine rattling, vibration noises, and propulsion issues. Unfortunately, we haven’t received any resolution or fix for these problems. We tried to upload a video with sound as reference but the platform doesn’t allow us to. We experienced similar issue that resulted in total engine failure on the highway with our children in the car in our Yukon Denali. We are fearful that something similar will occur. Please Help!!!

2022 Infinity QX55 Luxe.....Rear door lock system issues...The door jams and you cannot open the door from the inside and outside of the vehicle. This creates a serious safety issue. People can be trapped inside the car and first responders cannot get the door open...It is a problem with the door actuator and unlock cable design. I have had one door fixed previously with new factory parts by the dealer service.dept. Now the other rear door is having the same issue. This is a serious safety issue as there is not warning for this to happen. There…
Bluetooth and CarPlay connection suddenly disconnects from my iPhone while driving, usually after 5-10 minutes after establishing a normal connection. This only affects the use of the phone component and not the other elements of the connect (map/navigation, music are not affected). This is dangerous because I am often on a freeway and engaged in a business call, and I must rapidly either switch to using my handset or change to “speaker” mode on the phone in mid-call while driving. This has happened every time I have used this vehicle over the…
