THE TIRE MODEL NAME FF507. FIRESTONE INDICATED PER THEIR BOOK THIS TYPE OF FAILURE IS A DIAGRAMMATICALLY FAILURE, BUT ANOTHER TIRE COMPANY SAID THAT THE HOLES DEVELOPED BECAUSE OF CONTAMINATION DYE WHEN THE TIRE WAS MANUFACTURED. *JB
