We have a brand new 2021 Jayco Melbourne that we've had for almost a year. We just took a trip and opened our bins underneath to find that in transit something shifted and TURNED THE LIGHT ON IN THE BIN and it burned the plastic cover of the light AND it burned a plastic tarp! Had it been touching something else, our entire unit could have gone up in flames! It seems that the bin that is directly UNDER THE BED accessible from OUTSIDE the RV has THREE LIGHT SWITCHES on the INSIDE WALLS of that bin. There is NO COVER over that switches. The …

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.
