ABS , Traction Control, Power brake booster, AEB inoperative after routine brake pads/rotor service. Vehicle was put into service mode via touch screen radio, rear brake service performed. Upon initial brake pedal application, required to exit service mode for rear brakes, to return caliper piston contact to brake pad. The infotainment center went to error on Jeep with less than 60,000 miles. Owned from new 2 years. The infotainment center can not be accessed and it makes modifications on its own. Like choosing different language of Italian and using euro measurements. There is no way to change this. The biggest issue is that it turned off safety feature which I believe is the forward collision warning. There is no way to change safety setting with out infotainment system. It also believed to be causing battery to drain. Jeep will not assist.

Owner report 11741257 · 2026-06-01 (June 1, 2026)

There was a previous recall for camera system that was fixed using a OTA over the air update per JEEP. This update introduced new problems It disabled the forward collision detection and disabled paddle shifting and other safety features which should also be issued as a RECALL because the dealer is not reputable to this on their own. The fix that they did requires customer to come in and have more work done at their expense and they pretend they didn't cause it but clearly this is a major problem across their whole line of Cars.

Then in July 2025 vehicle stalled out and would not start again in major highway and towed again to dealership and they said it was fuel pump issue. This is what should have been detected in 2023 and 2024. I can’t trust the dealer they they will actually fix my vehicle.

The dash lit up with all lights and it said SOS Power STEERING is out. I could not turn the wheel. The lights such as my miles was blinking, the seat belt was flashing along with dinging even though my seat belt was on. There has been recalls due to power steering issues but my car isn't on there. It put me and my son at risk for a terrible accident. I have taken it to a dealership. There were no warnings prior to this incident.

Jeep did an upgrade and now the radio turns off and on by itself, changes in preference happens without warning and forward collision warning stays lit. This vehicle has been making a noise in the front left side since new (day one). The vehicle has been taken to the dealership about 10 times in attempt to fix this issue. During the last service, the dealership performed multiple tests and concluded that the noise source is the engine motor mounts. If they disconnect the electrical plug of the motor mounts all the noises are gone. Consequently, they proceeded to replace the left front motor mount but unfortunately the noise is still there and concluded that there is no fix available right n…

Jeep Owner's manual explains how to setup the vehicle for flat towing behind an RV. Following those instructions, the vehicle does not track well. I've experienced this going through turns. Others report what they call a 'death wobble' while traveling at highway speeds. That's what worries me. I don't want to lose control at highway speed. Jeep dealers just repeat the manual's instructions, but it doesn't solve anything.

The infotainment center went to error on Jeep with less than 60,000 miles. Owned from new 2 years. The infotainment center can not be accessed and it makes modifications on its own. Like choosing different language of Italian and using euro measurements. There is no way to change this. It also believed to be causing battery to drain. Jeep will not assist.

Like choosing different language of Italian and using euro measurements. There is no way to change this. There is an issue with the sensors. While driving for no reason it will break. It’s done it multiple times. While turning left. The sensors have stopped me in front of oncoming traffic. And won’t allow me to proceed forward. There is also an issue while trying to back out of parking spots. There will be nothing behind me. But it will break and not allow me to leave. This is very concerning. I am afraid to drive my vehicle. I’ve taken it into the dealership and they weren’t able to fix it.

The forward collision warning turns off on it's own. Jeep did an upgrade and now the radio turns off and on by itself, changes in preference happens without warning and forward collision warning stays lit. Jeep has replaced the radio 3 times since and I've been to the dealership at least 15 times to address the issue but the issue has not been resolved. This has gone on since 2023. Jeep is aware of the issue because i read a memo addressing it at the dealership but they would not provide me a copy of it.

There is a continual problem with this car. Randomly, about every 1-2 weeks, my entire infotainment center, customer settings, and seat preferences will reset to Italian and the metric system. When this happens, the front collision warning system turns off. The radio screen also begins to flash on and off, where I cannot use the backup camera and audio cuts out. I have had it to my local Jeep dealership about 6 times now, and they are able to reset the system but the problem comes back. I had it there earlier in the week and the technician told…
