We brought this Brand-new Wagoneer on April 19th, 2023, since then we've been having a lot of issues with the vehicle, On August 7th, the electrical system failed we took it to the dealer, and they upgraded for us. Again, 3 weeks later while I was driving home from Sam's club, the power steering light keeps flashing, I had trouble with the wheels i pulled to the side turned off the car for 5 minutes then light went off and I was able to drive again. Soon after I noticed it and tried to imitate the incident to make sure I wasn’t mistaken, it happened three time in a row. The incident can only be seen at night time when light from the headlight is visible since it happens so quick. It wasn’t just about headlight. While driving my kids to school on the freeway I received an alert telling me that my engine was overheating! I didn't have enough time to get to the next exit 1 mile away, and had to pull over in an unsafe area and turn the car off until the engine cooled down while cars whizzed by us. This is a new 2023 Grand Jeep Wagoneer Series III L with an inline six HO engine that seats eight passengers. After about 500 miles or less, we noticed the vehicle shaking at highway speeds. Since it has only worsened, it has been to the dealership four times for a fix, without a solution. They exchanged the Pirelli tires for a Michelin, which did not fix this vibration error. On 2/23/2022, owner struck a medium sized pothole. The vehicle lit up several warning lights (ABS, traction control, etc.) as well as the check engine light. We purchased this Grand Wagoneer on Mon June 27th and left for our family vacation we had planned in Oklahoma. We live in Castle Rock, Co. The next day on tuesday as we were driving on the I-35 the Transmission would drop out of gear and the rpm's would rev up. This would be while doing nothing but driving normally . Then it happened about 5 times over the course of 1.5 hours. We stopped for gas in and upon leaving to re enter the interstate the vehicle would kick when the gas was pressed. My definition of kicking is that the front end would k…

Started the vehicle and had no power steering. Turned off and restarted several times to see if it was just a computer glitch. It couldn't be steered at all. If this had happened while driving there most certainly would have been an accident.

2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series II. THIA WHOLE VEHICLE IS A DEATH TRAP!! Since owning this vehicle it's been one issue after another with one dealership visit "repair" after another. With each repair the vehicle gets worse and the problems aren't fixed. My vehicle has been in & our of service over 20 times in the passed year. We even had it in for a 10 hour repair, where they said they fixed "all the technology". But that still doesn't work. We had it upgraded, but that doesn't to make anything better... It's slower than molasses & freezes…

I am filing this complaint regarding my 2023 Jeep Wagoneer, which I have owned for approximately 1.5 years. The vehicle has been taken to the dealership for fuel‑related issues more than five times. During these visits, the fuel pump was replaced, but the problems continued. The vehicle repeatedly triggered check‑engine lights related to the fuel system. At one point, the dealersh…

I recently purchased the vehicle in May 2025. It was a dealer car from original purchase. One month after purchasing [June 2025] the vehicle the car would not start. I called in roadside assistance to jump start the car. I took the car to a Jeep dealership for servicing. They recommended replacing both batteries. They mentioned one of the batteries were not an original. This must mean the dealer who owned and sold me the vehicle was aware of the battery issue. In late July, little over one month the vehicle would not start. I call for roadside …
