I HAVE TAKEN PIX BUT HAVE NOT CONTACTED THE DEALER BECAUSE IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY AND CANNOT BE TOWED BY ME DUE TO THE 12 WIRES BEING MELTED THEREFORE NO BRAKE LIGHTS.…

PURCHASED A NEW 2007 OUTBACK BY KEYSTONE TRAVEL TRAILER IN APRIL 2007. WHEN THE TRAILER WAS TAKEN OUT OF STORAGE THIS SPRING, ALL FOUR TIRES WERE VERY BADLY CRACKED TO THE POINT OF SERIOUS HAZARD IF USED ON THE ROAD. TIRES WERE MANUFACTURED IN 2007 AND LESS THAN 1,000 MILES ON THEM. I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES OF THE TIRES AND CAN MAIL THEM TO YOU. *TR

IT IS NOW 1.5 YEARS, AND A TOTAL OF 600 MILES AND THE CRACKING IS SEVERE, AND THE TIRES ARE SHOWING SEPARATION WHERE THE NAMEBRAND AND SIZE ARE STAMPED. IN OUTBACK FORUM ONLINE, MANY PEOPLE ARE EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEMS, INCLUDING TIRE FAILURE AND BLOWOUTS. THE KEYSTONE DEALERS GIVE YOU A NUMBER TO CALL, THE DISTRIBUTOR TIRECO. DASH HAS HEATED WHILE SITTING IN BRIGHT SUN LIGHT AND NOW THE DASH HAS A REFLECTIVE SHEEN THAT IS SEEN CLEARLY ON THE SURFACE OF THE WINDSHIELD. THE REFLECTION IS EXTREMELY DISTRACTING IN ALL TYPES OF WEATHER CONDITIONS MAKING DRIVING THIS VEHICLE A SAFETY CONCERN. NORMALLY A SUBARU OF THIS AGE IN OUR FAMILY WOULD HAVE WELL OVER 150,000 MILES ON IT, HOWEVER DUE TO OUR SAFETY CONCERNS THIS VEHICLE ABSOLUTELY HAS BEEN DRIVEN ONLY 35,000 MILES. Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.
