The screen in which my backup camera appears on seems to not be connected to my vehicle. This screen is also the primary method for controlling AC, radio, parking/camera, and general settings. Initially it was black and did not turn on. After doing some type of “reset” that was suggested during the Lincoln chat, it came on; however, it looks like it was updated with a Ford update, is blue, and looks completely different. It also does not sync to my vehicle and backup camera still does not work. I also have to manually turn radio off because the…

I connected a battery charger and it didn’t even make a difference left it connected for over an hour. It wouldn’t even show any charge. 3 hrs later removed all connections to car.2 hours later my son got in and hit the Start button and it started right up. This type of malfunction creates an unsafe condition if occurring while driving. Need a dependable vehicle. Cannot accept this type condition. Turne…

This luxury car has seat three seat memory positions: When you press the button the seat should go back to the computer-stored position (For the seat and steering wheel). The computer-stored position does not remember the position resulting in one getting jammed against the steering wheel and jamming ones feet into the peddles. While the seat memory recall feature is intended to be disabled unless stopped, the feature can be activated when moving slowly, like when approaching a stop at a stop sign or the garage door. At around 125,000, my car developed a shudder at switching gears. Ford has previously identified a problem with my car, which was manufactured before XXX, and purchased on or around XXX. They have since sent out a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB25-2154). The roof of my Lincoln 2022 roof leaks water above the driver seat during rain, while driving, or when the car is parked. I checked the sunroof, but there is no sign of a water leak from around the seal. It looks like the water is entering the roof panel either from the front windshield glass or elsewhere. The water drips on the driver seat and the steering wheel and has caused discoloration to the driver seat. This water leak distracted me while driving due to sudden water leak, it is not safe as it could cause accident.

My 2022 Lincoln Corsair has an open NHTSA recall (25V789 / Ford 25SC4) for a high-voltage battery cell internal short circuit that can cause sudden loss of motive power. There is currently NO remedy available. Before this recall was issued, my vehicle already lost power while I was driving on the highway, creating an immediate crash risk. The audible on the turn signal is very quiet and hard to hear. The dealership inspected this and confirmed it was very low. My 2021 Lincoln Corsair has 20,691 miles on it. At a dealer visit on June 9, 2025 for an oil change and routine maintenance I was told by the dealer that the rear brakes needed replacement. A friend of mine with a 2022 Corsair with 18000 miles on it has the same issue with rear brakes being worn out. This appears to be a common issue with late model Escapes, Corsairs, and Ford Edges. Rear brakes should never wear out in 20K miles unless the calipers are sticking which is what is happening. This appears to be a safety issue as the rear brakes c…

The combination of the def…

The Corsair menu includes a Pre-Collision Assistance (PCA) option that controls Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) and a Distance Indication icon (DA) in the display. The AEB and DA have not functioned at all since we bought the car (08/10/2024). A dealer has had the Corsair 3 times for a total of 12 days and has not fixed the problem. In fact the dealer has stated: "Customer should not expect the car to stop". Neither the display nor touch screen have posted any messages or warnings. Not often, but at least 1-2 times a year at slow speeds, the brakes fail to function. The pedal feels odd, and unresponsive usually under 5mph parking lot type speeds. Have to place car in park in order for it to stop. Had to dealer when I first got it almost 3yrs ago but they were unable ro duplicate. Restarting the car resolved issue for the instance and it could be a year before it happens again. It’s scary, Google search brings this issue right up with a lot of complaints. This sounds like a future recall.

May 12,2023 Manufacturer Recall Number23S23 NHTSA Recall Number23V342 Despite my repeated calls, Pugmire Lincoln of Marietta has failed to schedule a repair to my recalled rear camera. Right now, the camera works about 50% of the time and remains a dangerous situation. I have spoken to the Dealer's Maintenance Manager and the Sales Manager, who do nothing but deflect, with promises to call me back but they never do.

After stopping vehicle at red light, drive thru, stop sign, when I try to accelerate a check engine light comes on and message power train malfunction/reduced power. The vehicle then has to be put in park, restart, and put back in drive. This happened when pulling out into road at a stop sign, and a busy red light. I feel this is a safety issue. I have taken the vehicle to Lincoln and they state unable to duplicate problem. This has happened four times since I purchased the vehicle new in August 2023. The most recent time was December 6.…

The car unexpectantly stopped on Nov. 30 and would not start on a residential road close to a traffic light. It totally conked out and nothing worked except for the hazard lights. Cars had to be diverted around us in busy traffic, The tow truck driver could not get it in neutral and had to take something apart on the dashboard console. The dealership worked for days pulling the plugs, cleaning them, replacing them and the car continued to die out. Their Hotline advised them to use carb clean. which got it started. They tested it for 5 miles and…

It traveled 2 houses and stopped. After several tries, I got it started and made it to the front of my driveway (blocking the entrance). The car was totally dead. The first tow truck driver could not get it on …

Several problems have occurred, not sure if they are related or not. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. In my opinion as a retired mechanic the problem components might include transmission, torque converter, accelerator or any electrical components associated with these systems. There were no warning lamps or messages related to the situation before or since. The following are my descriptions of the two issues: 1) In every day around town driving, mostly at lower speeds or after coasting, the transmission jerks, stutters an…

This confirms the defect is active in my vehicle. In addition to the recall, the vehicle has experienced multiple major failures including: a long block engine replacement, HV battery program involvement, ele…
