Purchased car in early January 2024 and on February 18th the vehicle wouldn't start. Got the vehicle to start after jumping it and drove straight to the dealership to have it checked / repaired. The car keeps just fully turning off. Dealership has tried to replace the battery several times but the problem keeps happening. I am [XXX] and have been left stranded 4 times now. They can't seem to fix the problem. My car has been in the dealership 45 days of the 60 days I have owned it. I feel very vulnerable even if they do find a fix, I think it will happen again and again. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

The roof of my Lincoln 2022 roof leaks water above the driver seat during rain, while driving, or when the car is parked. I checked the sunroof, but there is no sign of a water leak from around the seal. It looks like the water is entering the roof panel either from the front windshield glass or elsewhere. The water drips on the driver seat and the steering wheel and has caused discoloration to the driver seat. This water leak distracted me while driving due to sudden water leak, it is not safe as it could cause accident.

The audible on the turn signal is very quiet and hard to hear. The dealership inspected this and confirmed it was very low. The dealership compared it against another Corsair and noted that was also low. I checked with another user of the same 20025 Corsiar. She had the same problem. I feel that this low audible signal will cause accidents. This occurred since I first leased the car.

The recall letter advised that for the time being, I should set software to limit charge to 80%. The car is noncompliant with the prescribed settings. If there is a danger to having settings no prescribed, I am in danger. I did set the settings in the car and in the Android app to 80%. Sometimes the 80% limit is respected, but often it charges to 100%. Even though the Android app always reports the setting as 80%. the car sometimes doesn't comply. I only charge in my garage, in the same spot, using a Level 2 charger. The recall letter also …

On May 10 a lighted wrench appeared on the instrument panel. The car felt as if I was loosing power. May 12 I got in the car, the wrench and check engine lights were both on. Called the dealer service department. They told me the car is not safe to drive as it cannot accelerator and will go into "limp mode". After having it towed to the Lincoln dealership, I was told the turbo in the engine failed. As of July 6, there is not a part available for this repair. Today I was told there are only 3 in the entire nation and they are all accounted for.

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.

I am told it is an issue with the Audio Control Module (ACM) where the electronics continue to draw down on the battery even after the car is shut off. The Lincoln programmers have taken mul…

The component that failed is a known issue with the backup camera blue screen. My vin# isn't part of the recall but should be. The safety factor is well known. The dealer has reproduced the issue replaced the camera and applied the temporary fix but it failed again. The temporary fix also caused the 360 feature to freeze in one spot. There were no symptoms of the problem prior to the failure.
