I’ve only had the car 2 weeks brought brand new from Crest Lincoln on May 28,2020. Every time I try to accelerate the car doesn’t want to move , it sounds like it’s trying to get power. It makes a humming noise then it slowly starts to move and the care jerks and pick up speed. I don’t like it, I’m afraid that when i come to a light and it doesn’t accelerate I might get hit from behind. The Lane keeping assistance has failed multiple times when the car enters an intersection and the lines on the road are broken by a gap due to a turn. To situations occurred where the car aggressively entered oncoming traffic lane and I quickly directed the car back to the correct lane. Lane keeping assistance seems to be very touchy. How’s you’re going down the road you can fill the car moving from side to side if the lanes happen to have lines painted in and out the car almost seems to follow them exactly. When I took the vehicle in for service, I had to replace all 20 lug nuts as the dealer service department reported they were "swollen" and they were unable to complete the tire rotation. This also poses a safety risk as if I had a flat tire, I could not get them off to change a tire. They could also break causing stress on others and cause a wheel to come off of the vehicle. I was advised that this is a common problem with Ford/Lincoln vehicles, however there didn't seem to be any warranty coverage or safety recalls. If this is a common problem…

We were driving down the highway, when a huge explosion sound occurred. We pulled off at the next safe spot to look what happened. The sunroof had exploded and a huge hole was in the sunroof. Glass shards were everywhere. Thankfully the interior cover was shut. We might not be alive today if it would have been open. The back rear seat WINDOW on the left-hand side spontaneously exploded while driving around 60 mph on the highway on the morning (10:30 AM ET) of October 7, 2025. All of the pieces blew into the car. There was a loud boom when the window imploded. Had this happened on the driver's window, I would have wrecked. As loud as the window explosion was, I felt as though my ear drums busted. I had to get off the highway as soon as safely possible and pulled into a parking lot to check the damage. That's when I took these pictures. I took it to th…

The brake pedal is designed in such a manner that the shaft/arm gets in the way of the pedal as you start pressing the pedal. As the pedal is pressed away from the driver, the shaft is setup in such a way that the driver's foot then hits the shaft and loses the ability to press the actual pedal. Given the shaft is a small metal bar rather than a flat grippy surface like the pedal, this creates unstable footing. It is very difficult to use and is quite unsafe. It is an issue in all cases when pressing the brake (i.e., it is not only for aggressi…

Unfortunately, the system will not work without the eye scanning system as it says it does and the sales rep says it will. The car has non-working safety equipment. transmission problems including harsh shifting, shuttering, lurching, hesitating, or slowing down when shifting gears. No warning lights illuminated but after dealer inspection, have been told that both the transmission (harsh shift in all gears) and rear axle (popping and grinding while turning) need to be replaced. The vehicle is not safe to drive. Cost of repairs is quoted at more than $14,000. This issue/defect appears to have a class action associated with it; why has there been no manufacturer recall?

Okay let me first start by saying I have had problem after problem with this car in less than a year. I’ve had to replace my purge valve. The transmission on this car is horrible. I had my car less than a year and at not even 70k miles I had to get my transmission replaced because the car would stutter between 25-45mph thankfully my warranty covered everything. Now let’s get to my current issues which is with the adaptive steering malfunction. I got a steering wheel warning light 3 days before my new transmission. As I’m looking into this more …

WHILE DRIVING THE 2019 LINCOLN NAUTILUS ON A 4 LANE HIGHWAY WITH ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL AND LANE CENTERING ON, THE CAR ALL OF A SUDDEN TURNED INTO THE NEXT LANE. IT DOES THIS BOTH TO THE RIGHT AND THE LEFT. I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH BOTH MY MOTHER AND THE LINCOLN SERVICE MANAGER ON SEPARATE INCIDENTS WHEN IT OCCURRED. ALSO, I TOOK IT ON A TEST DRIVE WITH THE LEAD MECHANIC AND IT DID THE SAME THING TO HIM TO THE RIGHT, RIGHT WHERE OUR VETERINARIAN OFFICE IS LOCATED. CENTER LINE WAS STILL THERE. I purchased my vehicle in October 2024, and on Jan 2025 I begin experiencing jerking, misfiring, car not accelerating and unable to reverse. I reached out to multiple car dealers and they were unable to diagnose the problem. Today, January 21st I took my vehicle of less than a year to Ourisman Lincoln and was informed I needed to replace my 2019 Lincoln Transmission. This is devastating, as I’m unable to afford 9K dollar repair on a vehicle with only 59K miles.

ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS THE HILL START ASSIST AND FORWARD COLLISION WARNING BOTH FAILED AT THE SAME TIME. FOLLOWING THAT, WHEN RESTARTING THE VEHICLE, THE INSTRUMENT CONTROL PANEL FAILS TO ILLUMINATE. THIS DISABLES THE VIEW OF ANY OF THE CONTROL PANEL NOTIFICATIONS, ALONG WITH THE SPEEDOMETER. WHILE THE INSTRUMENT CONTROL PANEL IS DISABLED, THE SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT FAILURE NOTIFICATION APPEARS SEVERAL TIMES. RESTARTING THE VEHICLE DOES NOT SEEM TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM, IT TYPICALLY TAKES 24 HOURS BEFORE THE FUNCTION RETURNS.
