The contact stated that on several occasions while driving at various speeds, the vehicle started to lose motive power with the check engine warning light illuminated. Additionally, the contact observed a grinding noise emanating from the engine compartment, and a message appeared that the transmission had failed. I COULDN'T GO TO TAKE THE CAR ON A TEST DRIVE. I WAS 3 HOURS AWAY BUT THEY HELP ME GET EVERYTHING DONE ONLINE. AND WHEN I WENT TO GET THE VEHICLE.MY BROTHER NOTICE A BUBBLE ON THE TIRE. TOLD THE REPRESENTATIVE HE SAID HE WILL SEND ME A NEW TIRE. HE SUBMITTED IT THROW THE INSURANCE. AND WHEN I TOOK THE CAR ON DRIVES BRAKES WERE MAKING NOISES.
