The contact owns a 2019 Mercedes-Benz S560. The contact stated that when his wife started the vehicle, the rear brake actuator seized, and became inoperable. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed with a failed rear brake actuator. The contact was informed that the rear brake actuator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 19,000.

The engine failed while my friend was driving. The car is available for inspection. My friend almost got into a car accident because the car started shaking and the steering wheel closed up before the engine completely failed. Additionally, the airbags did not go off.
