The driver seatbelt doesn’t lock to where it unlocks while driving. Also brakes have to be replaced often then the power control sensor made the car go limp out of no where. The engine light didn’t come on til way later after the car wouldn’t work properly. This is all a hazard to the person driving bc of the car goes limp out of no where it can cause an accident bc it stops working like if it’s on neutral but in reality it’s in drive. Please help!! I don’t even know who can look at my car.

ON APRIL 18, 2014 ONLY 2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASING THEIR BRAND NEW 2014 MITSUBISHI MIRAGE MY PARENTS WERE HIT HEAD ON AFTER A PERSON SWERVED INTO THEIR LANE. SPEED WAS NOT A FACTOR, THE INVESTIGATION IS STILL UNDER WAY, AND WE STILL DON'T KNOW WHY THEY BOTH DIED (DRIVER WITH MASSIVE HEAD TRAUMA INCLUDING A BROKEN JAW, PASSENGER WITH MASSIVE ABDOMINAL TRAUMA.) I HAD A CAR WRECK ON JUNE 10, 2016. I HIT AN SUV THAT PULLED OUT IN FRONT OF ME, AND MY AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY ON INTIAL IMPACT. I HIT THE SUV, THEN HIT AN IMBANKMENT. WHEN I HIT THE IMBANKMENT, IT DEPLOYED. IT SHOULD HAVE COME OUT ON INTIAL IMPACT. THE IMPACT WS SO GREAT, I HIT MY HEAD ON WINDSHIELD AND CRACKED GLASS ABOVE STERRING WHEEL, EVEN THOUGH I HAD MY SEAT BELT ON. I HAVE PICTURES OF CAR, BUT IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO UPLOAD THEM FOR SOME REASON. I CAN EMAIL THEM TO YOU IF YOU NEED ME TO.

I had a very serious accident last week while driving my 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage. The front of my vehicle was significantly impacted, but none of the airbags were deployed. I can't believe that this nearly brand-new car, which had all the inspections and services at the manufacturer's centers, has this problem. This is a life-threatening failure of a crucial safety component that didn't work during the accident. Everything has been documented by both the insurance company and myself and can be shown to other parties.

My 2019 mirage kept shutting off at random times. Although it started right back at first now it won't start at all. I was driving and with no warning my car shuts off and I'm on a pretty busy highway and I have to steer it off the road traffic flying by me. My so 2 years is in the car as well and his safety as mine was put in jeopardy and is something that needs to be fixed right away. And needs to be first on recall list.

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
