RECALL NUMBER 50901-C AND NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 09V217000 (SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC) STATE THAT THE BRAKES WILL LOCK UP AND NOT RELEASE UNTIL THEY COOL OFF. THE BRAKES ARE LOCATED ON A 2003 WORKHORSE CHASSIS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTO CENTER AND THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE CALIPER FAILED.
