Owner report 11650470 · 2025-03-25 (March 25, 2025)

On 03/25/2025, at 7:20 a.m., my wife, on the way to drop off the kids at school, called me and said a light came on the dash and the car was stalled on the railroad track, and a train was coming. I could hear the train whistle blowing. The car would not move off the tracks and she didn't know what the light meant. She said she turned off the car and started it again and got it off the tracks before the train could hit her, but the car was still stuck in the road. I looked online and discovered it was the Automatic Emergency Brake System warning…

3-25-25 I got into my car at approximately 7:20 am with my children to take them to school and as soon as I drove out of my driveway I noticed a warning light flashing on my dashboard. I drove for maybe a mile before pulling over to turn my car off and back on to see if it would go away. I also called my husband to inform him and he looked it up to see what the light was. He said it was the automatic emergency braking (AEB) warning light. I turned the car back on and started to drive again but the warning light came back on, at this time I was …

Engine malfunction with loss of power occurred while driving. The vehicle entered reduced speed mode which created a dangerous situation for myself and others. This problem occurred 3 consecutive times during an extremely cold day. The code will clear after restarting the engine, but the issue randomly resumes during driving. Nissan towed the vehicle to a dealer. The dealer cleared the code and suggested they could not figure out the problem. I was involved in a multi-car accident on Oct. 7, 2025. During the accident, I slammed on my brakes because the car in front of me was slamming on its brakes. The car behind me pummeled into my Pathfinder, sending me careening into the car in front of me. There was a huge impact on both ends of my vehicle. My face crashed into the steering wheel. The airbags did not deploy. My nose gushed blood for about 1 hour. I have included photos of my swollen and bruised face to show the after effects of the wreck day of and the next day.

WHILE DRIVING I WAS HEARING A RUMBLING SOUND EVERYTIME I PRESS THE GAS PEDAL. I TOOK IT TO NISSAN OF BRANDON ON 4-11-14 AND WAS INFORMED THAT I HAVE CROSS CONTAMINATION OF ENGINE COOLANT AND TRANSMISSION FLUID. NISSAN ADVISED IT WOULD BE $5800 TO FIX. HOWEVER, BECAUSE THE LAW SUIT ONLY COVERED UP TO 100,000 MILES AND I'M AT 130,000 NISSAN WILL NOT REPAIR THE PROBLEM. *TR

when stoped at a stoplight the engine shuts off. when you take your foot off the brake and move to the accelerator, the transmission shifts to neutral. THIS CAR ONLY HAS 244 MILES ON IT. HOWEVER, WHEN I DRIVE IT FOR MORE THAN A FEW MINUTES, I START FEELING A LITTLE DIZZY AND DISORIENTED. ONCE I'M OUT OF THE CAR IN FRESH AIR AGAIN, THE FEELING SLOWLY GOES AWAY. I'M GOING TO CALL THE DEALER (BROWN'S DULLES NISSAN) IN THE MORNING TO GET ON THEIR SCHEDULE AND REQUEST THEY CHECK THE CAR THOROUGHLY, BUT WANTED TO SEE IF NHTSA HAS ANY PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS OR INFORMATION WHICH MIGHT BE HELPFUL. STARTED NOTICING IT LAST WEEK. THE SPEED I'M GOING DOESN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

When putting the car in drive or reaching 20 mph, all the doors autolock. There is no way to unlock the doors. If you press the unlock button, the autolock system just relocks all the doors. The doors will not unlock until the car is placed in park. There is also no option to opt out of this autolocking. The dealer tried to opt out and a call to 1-Nissan-1 provided no assistance. The Original Equipment (OE) Bridgestone Alenza Sport A/S 255/50R20 105H M+S tires on my brand new 2024 Nissan Pathfinder suffer from groove wander on roads in which grooves are cut into them to mitigate hydroplaning in rainy conditions. The geometric design, tread design incompatibility, or structural irregularities of these tires cause severe groove wander and impair safe handling. I bought my 2025 Pathfinder in November 2025. In early December, the automatic emergency braking symbol started flashing; I took it to the Nissan dealership in Downey, and they told me that unless there was a permanent error code, they couldn't do anything. After reading comments and forum posts, I saw that this was a common issue caused by sunlight and such, so I didn't worry too much about it, but it kept happening. Then, on June 19, 2026, while leaving a parking lot in Monterey Park, CA, just as I was pulling out of my parking space, I heard a…
