Several problems have shown up since purchasing this car in December of last year. The back window has rolled down on it's own about 6 times within the same week I purchased the car. The head unit in the vehicle had to be reset by the dealer when they first traded the car in, according to service history and it's still having problems. I can hear the other caller on phone calls intermittently but they can't hear me. My phone has briefly disconnected from the Bluetooth system saying it couldn't be found. Event Description - Car began veering off the road to the left - Driver attempted to correct the unintended maneuver, but the car increased in speed, despite braking - The car then lost all steering and braking capability, - In an attempt to control/stop the car, it instead proceeded uncontrollably performing a doughnut on the roadside embankment, and another doughnut that landed the vehicle back on the road, horizontally against oncoming traffic - The vehicle was then put in park, but the gear indicator, indicated that the car was still …

MY VEHICLE WOULD BE WORKING AND RUNNING FINE FOR A LITTLE BIT BUT AFTER DRIVING IT FOR A WHILE, MY A/C WOULD STOP BLOWING COOL AIR. IT WOULD BE BLOWING COOL AIR AT FIRST AND THEN START BLOWING HOT AIR AND THEN MY CAR WOULD START TO OVERHEAT AFTERWARDS. I MOSTLY HAVE THIS PROBLEM WHEN MY CAR IS STOPPED FOR A WHILE OR NOT GOING ABOVE 40 MPH. I WENT TO THE NISSAN DEALERSHIP TO GET IT CHECKED OUT AND THEY SAID THE PROBLEM WAS THE COOLING FAN. MY CAR IS PRACTICALLY BRAND NEW. I BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW IN FEBRUARY OF 2018. IN ORDER TO GET THE COOLING FAN…

Vehicle has 61k miles and the a/c began blowing cold and hot intermittently as the car was idle but no engine lights were coming on. 5 days later a mechanic was able to look at vehicle and discovered the one fan responsible for entire car wasn’t not coming on and it was only the air being pushed into the front of vehicle by having it in motion that was turning the fan thus making the vehicle blow cold air when in motion and keeping the engine cooled. No warning lights were coming on and staying on

Leasing 2021 Nissan rogue and approximately September 2023 engine making terrible noises. Brought to dealership and was told engine failure and they were not covering it since they found some sludge. After fighting with them they asked for maintenance records which I gave them all up to date. They still refuse to replace engine. Car was held hostage unless I paid for engine which I did. 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport. While driving, the Forward Collision Warning/Automatic Emergency Braking system will sometimes activate without reason. The vehicle applies the brakes suddenly, even when there are no obstacles, vehicles, or hazards in front of me. This false activation occurs intermittently and poses a safety concern, as it can cause unexpected braking in traffic. The issue has happened under normal driving conditions, without any obstructions on the road.

The fuel gauge has failed. The ac unit has been finicky since I purchased the vehicle and has already received one repair. Fuel gauge has been reading incorrectly for 2 weeks now. Read that it is a common issue for the nissan rogue sports. A few days ago my forward collision warning came on and said system error. There were no objects in front of me or stuck to the vehicle.

The FCW system would come on for no reason. I've had the car 3 months this had been a problem as well as other crash warnings of the vehicle during this time period. then on May 31st I was in an accident that I should have gotten a warning as to to close but didn't. I had reported to the dealership I purchased car from but no information to help. I'm upset. I have read that this is an ongoing problem with the make, year, and model. Do I have any recourse to address to the maker, Nissan?

Several problems have shown up since purchasing this car in December of last year. The back window has rolled down on it's own about 6 times within the same week I purchased the car. The head unit in the vehicle had to be reset by the dealer when they first traded the car in, according to service history and it's still having problems. I can hear the other caller on phone calls intermittently but they can't hear me. My phone has briefly disconnected from the Bluetooth system saying it couldn't be found. I thought it might be a phone issue but I…

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.
