We purchased a brand new 2021 Northwood Arctic Fox 29RK travel trailer on Aril 30, 2021 from Bishs RV in Kalispell, Montana. The dealership delivered it to our home on May 12, 2021. Since we have had it (we have not moved it or used it yet), we have located, so far, 6 separate propane gas leaks in the lines going from the propane tanks to the underbelly of the unit. Due to complications with Bishs RV, we do not trust them to fix anything on this unit so we are having them repaired at our expense, but feel this should be reported. I called No…

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.
