The contact stated that after the vehicle was parked and unoccupied, the vehicle independently rolled forward causing the front of the vehicle to crash into the rear end of another unoccupied parked vehicle twice in the same day. No injuries were sustained no medical attention and no police were filed. The contact was notified of the crash and arrived on the scene and the vehicle was still in park position. We were driving in the Slingshot when it started raining. The vehicle hit some water and started to hydroplane. It started to spin, which I was able to end up controlling but we were shot into a ditch where we hit the embankment. My wife was ejected from the car. She swears that she had her seatbelt on and I have video that seems to confirm this. After the wreck, I went to the hauler and looked at the seatbelt. It was out enough that she had to have had it on as it would not go out any further and would not retract. The vehicle is still …
