I WAS DRIVING UP MY DRIVEWAY SLOWLY (LESS THAN 5 MPH), PLANNING TO MAKE A 90-DEGREE LEFT TURN INTO MY GARAGE. AS I APPROACHED THE CORNER OF THE HOUSE BUT BEFORE I REACHED THE POINT WHERE I PLANNED TO TURN, THE CAR SUDDENLY SURGED FORWARD. I WAS NOT APPLYING THE ACCELERATOR.
