IT WAS INSUFFICIENT AND NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY TOW A VEHICLE DUE TO THE FLEXING OF THE STEEL. THE CONTACT DISCOVERED NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 03V013000 (TRAILER HITCHES:FIFTH WHEEL ASSEMBLY), BUT THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED ACCORDING TO THE RECALL.
