I am submitting this complaint to bring to your attention serious unresolved safety issues with my vehicle, which is currently at the dealership. Since October 2023, my vehicle has been plagued by critical mechanical problems including a non-functional Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and issues with the Radius Rods, without any resolution in sight despite ongoing communication between Vanderhall and the dealership. The failure of the ABS system has also disabled the traction control, making the vehicle unsafe to drive due to a significantly red…
On cold starts there is a loss of power steering. When driving the vehicle, as you slow down to turn left or right the steering wheel is very difficult to turn requiring the driver to use both hands, as if there is a loss of power steering.
