They delivered a new car with the carpet behind the drivers pedals sticking up and out. I brought it to the dealership and they stated that this model is delivered that way. That seemed unbelievable, so I contacted Cadillac national. They just called the dealership and asked them if they repaired it, which they said they did. They did not.

The glare from the dash to the windshield on occasion is so severe that it is impossible to see/avoid a pedestrian or other vehicle close in front of you. This is a major safety issue.

I believe the issue involved Super Cruise, forward collision warning, and automatic emergency braking systems. The vehicle is currently at the dealership and available for inspection. It has been there since 6/22/25 because the brakes and rotors are on backorder. While driving on the highway in the middle lane on a Sunday afternoon, I activated adaptive cruise after the vehicle had been parked for over 2 hours. After driving seven miles, the car suddenly jolted to a stop in the middle lane, as if we had been hit. We hadn’t, but cars were forced …

I am filing a complaint regarding a GM Ultium Home EV Charging Station that failed while still under warranty. GM acknowledged the failure and sent a replacement, but the replacement was not equivalent to the original product. My original charger was a plug in model, but GM sent a hard wired model, which requires professional installation costing approximately $450. GM stated they no longer manufacture the plug in version and refused to provide an equivalent replacement or cover the installation cost. I contacted the GM EV Concierge (Case # 95…

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.

No selected model years have a complete observation window. Choose an eligible year or a shorter window.

Incident date is preferred when valid and no later than filing; otherwise filing date is used. Model year approximates age. Equal observation time does not adjust for sales, distance driven or reporting delays. One complaint linked to multiple model years can appear in each cohort.
