The infotainment system of a brand new 2025 Blazer EV is doing blackouts, flickers, and changing commands and requests. While this may sound trivial - and if this system just did the radio - I would agree. However it controls most all the sub-systems of the car from Charging, to Display, to GPS, Environmental, etc. While at home it is just annoying and frustrating - we traveled to VA from FL this past week. Traffic was horrendous due to a closure of I95 in SC - ALL traffic was forced onto 2 lane country roads. Attempting to use the Control…

My retractable sunroof suddenly explosively broke. I was approaching a red stop light at low speed. I heard what I thought was a gunshot or vehicle backfiring. As I drove on, I heard wind whistling. I thought my passenger side window wasn’t closed. I lowered then jraised it. At that point, I heard my sunroof disintegrate. Luckily, the headliner kept the glass from raining down on me. Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.

Incident date is preferred when valid and no later than filing; otherwise filing date is used. Model year approximates age. Equal observation time does not adjust for sales, distance driven or reporting delays. One complaint linked to multiple model years can appear in each cohort.
