MY 2018 CHEVY SILVERADO LTZ WITH 6,000 MILES ROLLED BACKWARDS OUT THE DRIVEWAY TO THE NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY (ACROSS THE STREET) BACK TO MY DRIVEWAY. ALL WHILE IN PARK AND THE KEYS WERE IN MY HAND CAUSING IT TO KNOCK ME DOWN AND RUN ME OVER. I HAVE SUSTAINED SEVERAL OF INJURIES.
TRUCK HAS A SHUTTER PERIODICALLY AT LOW SPEEDS FEELS LIKE YOUR RUNNING OVER THOSE SPEED BUMPS ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD THAT KEEP YOU AWAKE I THINK IT MIGHT BE THE TORQUE CONVERTER
STEERING IS HARD TO TURN AT LOW SPEED AND FEELS LIKE THE BRAKES ARE ON WHEN PRESSING THE ACCELERATOR. I HAVE ALSO HEARD NOISE WHEN TRYING TURN INTO A PARKING SPOT. THIS HAS ONLY BEEN NOTICEABLE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS AND NOT YET DIAGNOSED BY A DEALER. THE VEHICLE HAS ABOUT 36,300 MILES ON IT. I AM REPORTING IT BECAUSE MY RESEARCH SHOWS THIS AS A GM PROBLEM WITH ELECTRIC POWER STEERING SINCE 2014. IT SEEM LIKE THIS PROBLEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED BY NOW.

WHILE PULLING INTO A DRIVEWAY ANOTHER VEHICLE T-BONED CONSUMER'S VEHICLE ON THE RIGHT FRONT. THIS CAUSED CONSUMER'S VEHICLE TO BECOME AIR BORN. WHEN THE VEHICLE DESCENDED IT WAS STRUCK HEAD ON WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE. CONSUMER WAS WEARING SEAT BELTS, BUT THE FRONT AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. CONSUMER SUSTAINED MINOR INJURIES TO THE LEGS, CHEST, AND ARMS. THE POLICE ARRIVED AND CITED THE CONSUMER. *AK

Emerging complaint spikes
Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.
This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.
No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
