3 distinct campaigns affect this selection. Announcement dates below are different from vehicle model years. A campaign may cover multiple years.
10V418000 · Electrical System
Reported: 2010-09-16 (September 16, 2010)
ENTEGRA IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010 AND 2011 ANTHEM AND CORNERSTONE CLASS A MOTORHOMES MANUFACTURED FROM JUNE 3, 2009, THROUGH AUGUST 27, 2010. THERE MAY BE AN IMPROPER ELECTRICAL CONNECTION AT THE BUSS BAR ON THE AFFECTED TRANSFER SWITCHES.
Consequence: THIS IMPROPER CONNECTION MAY LEAD TO OVERHEATING AND MELTING OF THE TRANSFER SWITCH AND MAY RESULT IN A FIRE.
Remedy: ENTEGRA WILL NOTIFY OWNERS AND DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE TRANSFER SWITCH FREE OF CHARGE. THE SAFETY RECALL BEGAN ON SEPTEMBER 24, 2010. OWNERS MAY CONTACT ENTEGRA AT 1-800-945-4787.
NHTSA campaign record ↗13V516000 · Electrical System:Wiring
Reported: 2013-10-18 (October 18, 2013)
Entegra Coach is recalling certain model year 2010-2014 Anthem and Cornerstone motorhomes manufactured December 16, 2009, through April 30, 2013. The power cables from the exterior freezer can be damaged due to contact with the freezer sliding tray rails.
Consequence: Prolonged rubbing of the power cables against the sliding tray rails may cause the wires to short circuit, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Entegra Coach will notify owners, and dealers will secure the freezer power cables to prevent their chafing, at no charge. The recall began on December 10, 2013. Owners may contact Entegra Coach at 1-800-945-4787.
NHTSA campaign record ↗17V752000 · Equipment
Reported: 2017-11-22 (November 22, 2017)
Entegra Coach (Entegra) is recalling certain 2010-2011 Aspire, Anthem, and Cornerstone recreational vehicles, equipped with Kidde Plastic-Handle or Push Button 'Pindicator' Fire Extinguishers. These extinguishers may become clogged, preventing the extinguisher from discharging as expected or excessive force may be needed to activate the extinguisher. Additionally, in certain models, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with enough force that it could cause injury and also render the product inoperable. For a full list of the affected fire extinguisher models visit: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/2017/RMISC-17E062-5427.pdf
Consequence: In the event of a fire, if the fire extinguisher does not function properly, it can increase the risk of injury.
Remedy: Entegra will notify owners, instructing them to contact Kidde for a replacement fire extinguisher, free of charge. The recall began on January 15, 2018. Owners may contact Entegra customer service at 1-800-945-4787, or Kidde customer service toll free at 1-855-262-3540, or online at www.kidde.com and click on "Product Safety Recall" for more information.

Emerging complaint spikes
Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.
This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.
No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
Equal-age model-year comparison
Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.

Incident date is preferred when valid and no later than filing; otherwise filing date is used. Model year approximates age. Equal observation time does not adjust for sales, distance driven or reporting delays. One complaint linked to multiple model years can appear in each cohort.
