While driving my 2025 Ford Bronco Sport (approximately 14,600 miles), I made contact with an object on the roadway that did not feel like a severe impact. Immediately afterward, the vehicle began leaking fuel from the underside. The vehicle was not driveable due to the active fuel leak and had to be towed to a dealership for inspection. This situation posed a significant safety risk due to the presence of leaking fuel, which could increase the risk of fire or environmental hazard. There were no warning lights, messages, or prior symptoms bef…

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.
