4 distinct campaigns affect this selection. Announcement dates below are different from vehicle model years. A campaign may cover multiple years.

17V153000 · Power Train:Driveline:Driveshaft

Reported: 2017-03-09 (March 9, 2017)

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2017 Jaguar F-PACE vehicles equipped with automatic transmissions. These vehicles may have been built with a rear driveshaft that is too short, potentially resulting the driveshaft separating from the vehicle.

Consequence: If the driveshaft detaches, a loss of drive power would result, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the driveshafts, replacing any that are incorrect, free of charge. The recall began May 1, 2017. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H009.

Reported: 2017-08-04 (August 4, 2017)

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling one 2017 Jaguar F-PACE vehicle equipped with a 3.0L engine. A bolt used to attach the high pressure fuel pump may be too long. As a result, the fuel pump may not be properly secured and the fuel line may crack and leak.

Consequence: A fuel line crack may leak fuel into the engine compartment, increasing the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Jaguar will notify the owner, and a dealer will replace both fuel pumps and the associated fuel lines, free of charge. The recall began September 12, 2017. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H039.

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2017-2018 Jaguar XF and F-Pace, 2016-2017 Jaguar XJ and 2018 Jaguar XE vehicles. The instrument cluster (IC) may intermittently go blank.

Consequence: A blank instrument cluster will not show important information like vehicle speed, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will update the vehicle software, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin December 19, 2017. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H056.

My 2019 Jaguar F Pace has been leaking fluids for over 2 years. A mechanic repaired a coolant pump, however there continues to be fluids leaking. A mechanic informed me my car is making a sound as if the power steering is about to go, which will cause engine failure. After researching, it was brought to my attention this has happened to thousands of f pace owners. I am the only owner of my car which was purchased in April 2019, with 0 miles on it. It now has roughly 92,000 miles on it. I am concerned the engine will fail due to the faulty steer…

I drove through about 12 inch water during a flash flood rain down pour. After driving about 200 feet, my steering failed. The instrument panel displayed, power steering assistance reduced. I could not turn the the steering wheel to get in the parking lot. I Google to see what the problem was and there are a lot of people complaining with the same problem. I had towed to the shop and the extended warranty I purchased said it was preexisting problem. I had just purchased the vehicle approximately 3 months prior and had never had this problem. It…

I was returning from work when I briefly fell asleep, causing my vehicle to drift to the curb and resulting in damage to the right-hand side wheels. This incident was caused by a failure of the Lane Departure Warning and Lane Assist systems, which were not functioning at the time. Had these safety features been operational, a potential accident could have been prevented. I have reported this issue to Jaguar Corporate, but it has been approximately one month, and I have not received a satisfactory response. I am concerned that safety concerns …

The rear seat belts in this specific configuration of the F-Pace have an issue where they get caught in the panel casing and then do not retract. The configuration matters (with rear heated/recline seats) because it gets caught in the panel that is unique to this configuration. The seat belts appear to work, but if you pull it angled too far away from the door (toward the middle of the car), the belt gets caught in the plastic panel, and then you can't get it to retract unless you force it back out of the plastic and out toward the door. My 2017 Jaguar F-Pace S (3.0L supercharged V6) experienced a sudden water-pump failure that led to overheating, loss of oil pressure, timing-chain slack, and complete engine failure. The failure began with the water pump, which caused coolant loss and intermittent overheating that was not accurately reflected on the dashboard temperature gauge. As the water pump deteriorated, the hydraulic timing-chain tensioners lost pressure, allowing the chain to slacken and eventually jump. This caused catastrophic internal engine damage, including piston-v…

This has happened to us 3 times where we would have between 17-25 miles left on gas in our car and the vehicle would completely shut down on us; once on the freeway and once on an extremely busy street. Once the car shuts down, we can turn it on in terms of lights, music etc. however the car will not come back on to drive. I’ve reported this to jaguar in San Francisco more than once and they keep saying it’s the gas. Our gas never reaches the red line.
