Jeep purchased new on 28 January 2026. Fuel gauge only goes to 7/8 full after tank is full. Took it to dealer, they replaced gas tank, then 2 weeks later fuel pump twice, and fuel sensor unit. This solved the problem for 32 days now it’s doing the same thing. Took it back to dealership, they stated there was nothing they could do and engineering is aware and working on a fix. Called another Jeep service they said they weren’t aware of any updates or recalls.

They have recalled other jeeps from 2018-2024 but mine is not included because it has been in service for more then 24 months. We bought the jeep in 2023 with 20 some thousand miles on it. Why is there a time limit on a faulty part? Not everyone drives their cars 30,000+ a year, so problems with parts won't be known as early as 2 years. I just purchased the car on Jan 31, 2022 from the jeep dealership (46,000 miles). When driving, it has very loose steering. I can move the wheel left and right and the car stays straight. I was told by the dealer that that was normal. At highway speeds, it is very difficult to maintain a straight direction and I am constantly adjusting the wheel. When holding the wheel center, it drifts left or right. If I hit a bump the car moves. At times if feels like I don't have control of the vehicle. This is not safe to operate on the highway.

TOOK MY JEEP WRANGLER IN FOR SERVICE TO ADDRESS A SERIOUS HIGHWAY SPEED OVER STEERING ISSUE. AT FREEWAY SPEED YOU CAN NOT HOLD THE JEEP INTO A CURVE WITH DRIFTING OUT OF THE RADIUS OF THE CURVE. THIS FORCES A SLIGHT CORRECTION WHICH OVER CORRECTS THE OTHER WAY. I ALSO HAVE MY PREMIUM SOUND LEFT SPEAKERS CUTTING OUT PERIODICALLY WHEN DRIVING.

RIGHT AFTER THAT NUMEROUS ERROR LIGHTS COME ON INDICATING NUMEROUS FAILURES ALONG WITH A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. IN ADDITION, THE STEERING LOCKS UP MAKING IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO STEER THE VEHICLE. An internal defect in the 2014-2020 Jeep Wranglers with the 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine affects its rocker arms, lifters, and related valvetrain components, including the engine control module (ECM) software that controls the precise timing and function of the lifters. Specifically, the rollers of a Pentastar engine’s rocker arms prematurely wear down, become loose, and then drop, which shifts the rocker arm out of alignment. The rocker arms then come into contact with the cam, scraping both components and creating metal debris. This Pentastar V6 …

Suddenly at 82,000 miles, my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sport S 4 door began shaking uncontrollably while I was driving. It was a terrifying experience. I took it to the mechanic and he replaced the steering damper. The uncontrollable shaking continued. The mechanic replaced the steering damper again. The shaking continues. I have had a wheel alignment and tires balanced. I am scared to drive the vehicle. I don't know what else to do, except trade it in?

I just purchased the car on Jan 31, 2022 from the jeep dealership (46,000 miles). When driving, it has very loose steering. I can move the wheel left and right and the car stays straight. I was told by the dealer that that was normal. At highway speeds, it is very difficult to maintain a straight direction and I am constantly adjusting the wheel. When holding the wheel center, it drifts left or right. If I hit a bump the car moves. At times if feels like I don't have control of the vehicle. This is not safe to operate on the highway.

The AutoPark sensors, ( Park Collision Warning), in my 2020 Jeep Wrangler randomly triggers and engages AutoPark. The false triggers randomly occur when the vehicle is in reverse. The condition occurs at very low speed after the brake is touched. The false triggers occur during daylight or night conditions. Once AutoPark is engaged the vehicle will not move. I was driving down the interstate and the sun visor fell and obstructed my view. I had to manipulate it back to the clip to get it to stay out of my way, all while driving at high speeds and in traffic. Doing an online search I see where the visor is defective in many of these vehicles. Luckily I wasn't involved in an accident, but the potential was there as the visor broke and dangled in my view of the road at Interstate speeds. My vehicle was taken to a dealer where the tech noticed that a fuel pump was leaking and a fuel line behind the engine had a small hole in it and was leaking on the top and was unlikely debris hit it, to get at the line the whole motor has to get dropped.
