Reported: 2019-11-01 (November 1, 2019)

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC. I BOUGHT MY 2016 MERCEDES C63S AMG FROM A DEALER IN EDMOND, OKLAHOMA (JACKIE COOPER BMW) AND THEY SOLD ME THE CAR WITH LESS THAN 10% TREAD LEFT ON THE TIRES. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, I PURCHASED A $4100 TIRE/WHEEL PACKAGE FROM THEM AND THEY ALSO HAVE NOT ACTIVATED THE SERVICE (AFTER 23 DAYS OF PURCHASE) SO I CANNOT GET NEW TIRES PUT …

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.
