Owner report 11551481 · 2023-10-23 (October 23, 2023)

The generator sits 5 inches from the ground below the rear axle. It is not protected with any encasement, bump stops or axle shims. Please see Bulletin TSB-21-06 for using parts kit #0503506. I have contacted the dealer and manufacturer about this and the say that there was no recall on my vin# for this. They have not offered to do anything about my concerns. The dealer inspected before I purchased the vehicle on 10/21/2003. My concern is the generator will hit a bump and tear off and hit the driver behind me.

This unit is a 2024 Thor Rize class B RV on a 2023 Ram Promaster chassis. The FCW frequently and regularly turns off and will not reset. The FCW light illuminates and appears to affect other random electrical systems that also illuminate. I can manually reset it in the safety settings sometimes but regardless, it shuts off at will. This event is constant in all road, weather and driving conditions. This is a severe safety issue that appears to have been a Ram problem for years now. This is unacceptable and needs immediate and urgent interventio…

Owner report 11652090 · 2025-04-01 (April 1, 2025)

NHTSA has previously issued a recall on the failed LP hose on Rise/Scope vehicles 21V-755. For some reason, my vehicle/VIN was not included in the recall. Nevertheless, I experienced the identical failure described in the recall, but I take exception to the recall pointing to the tight bend in the hose being the issue. My hose is literally disintegrating for the full length of the hose. It appears that the rubber is defective. My vehicle had about 7500 miles on it and hadn't been driven in bad weather when I experienced the leak. Photos are …

Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.

Equal-age model-year comparison

Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.
