Recall history
3 distinct campaigns affect this selection. Announcement dates below are different from vehicle model years. A campaign may cover multiple years.
18V779000 · Service Brakes | Structure:Body
Reported: 2018-11-02 (November 2, 2018)
Triple E Recreational Vehicles (Triple E) is recalling certain 2019 Triple E Unity motorhomes, models U24MB, U24CBB, U24TB, U24IX and U24FX. The driver-side front trans-mount leveling jack support bracket may contact the brake line causing a brake fluid leak, thereby reducing braking ability.
Consequence: A reduction in braking ability can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Triple E will notify owners, and dealers will relocate the leveling jack support bracket, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began November 20, 2018. Owners may contact Triple E customer service at 1-877-992-9906. Triple E's number for this recall is CA#9146-1.
NHTSA campaign record ↗20V669000 · Equipment:Recreational Vehicle/Trailer:Lpg Systems:Water Heater
Reported: 2020-10-29 (October 29, 2020)
Triple E Recreational Vehicles (Triple E) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Serenity S24CB, 2019-2021 Unity U24MB, U24RL, U24FX, U24CB, U24IB, U24TB, and 2019-2021 Wonder W24FTB, W24RTB, W24RL, W24MB motorhomes. An incorrect brass connector was used on the propane connection to the flared connection of the Truma water heater fitting. The connector did not have the correct bevel to seal to the Truma water heater swivel fitting.
Consequence: The wrong connector may cause a propane leak to occur, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Triple E has notified owners, and dealers will replace the incorrect brass connector with the correct brass connector (part number115-3219), free of charge. The recall began November 17, 2020. Owners may contact Triple E customer service at 1-877-992-9906. Triple E's number for this recall is CA#9822-1.
NHTSA campaign record ↗20V722000 · Equipment
Reported: 2020-11-20 (November 20, 2020)
Triple E Recreational Vehicles (Triple E) is recalling certain 2018-2020 Serenity S24CB, 2018-2021 Unity U24MB, U24FX, and 2020-2021 Unity U24RL motorhomes. When the vehicle is driven with the fresh water tank partially filled, the fresh water tank bracket can shift side to side, resulting in the chassis wire harness getting chafed, resulting in a loss of tail lights.
Consequence: Loss of tail light illumination could reduce the vehicle's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Triple E will notify owners, and dealers will install an additional bracket to resolve the issue, free of charge. The recall began December 7, 2020. Owners may contact Triple E customer service at 1-877-992-9906. Triple E's number for this recall is CA#9835-1.

Emerging complaint spikes
Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.
This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.
No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
Equal-age model-year comparison
Model-wide cumulative reports during the first three or five calendar years, starting with the model year (age 0). Only fully elapsed windows are compared.
2022: 0 complaints · 2023: 0 complaints
| Model year | Through age 0 | Through age 1 | Through age 2 |

| 2022 | 0 | 0 | 0 |

Date coverage across each selected cohort
| Year | Incident dates used | Filing date fallbacks | Excluded dates |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2022 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| 2023 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Incident date is preferred when valid and no later than filing; otherwise filing date is used. Model year approximates age. Equal observation time does not adjust for sales, distance driven or reporting delays. One complaint linked to multiple model years can appear in each cohort.
