At this moment I have two issues. One being that the seat latch does not work on my scooter. I called the dealer and he said to put a lot of push on top of the seat where the latch assembly is located. I am a big fat slop. 225 lbs. I pushed as hard as I could to lock it and it clicked lock. Trouble is, it won't open now. I have my drivers license, cash, papers and a letter to my GF who is incarcerated at a prison in Maryland. Emerging complaint spikes

Complete months in the latest six months with at least 10 complaints, at least twice the preceding 12-month average, and at least three square-root deviations above that average.

This is a descriptive screening rule, not a statistical defect finding. Publicity and reporting changes can increase submissions.

No complete months meet the spike thresholds for this selection.
