DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 68 MPH ON A DRY 4 LANE HIGHWAY, THE DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO CHANGE LANES TO THE LEFT, AND THERE WAS NO REACTION FROM THE STEERING.
